Insert compatibel met Pandemic® en de uitbreidingen On the Brink®, In the Lab® en State of Emergency®. Het ontwerp biedt zowel efficiënte opslag als verbeterde gameplay. Het inzetstuk is in maximaal twee lagen gerangschikt, waarbij de vijf petrischalen aan de rechterkant van de doos zijn geplaatst. twee van de petrischalen worden bovenop een deel van de bak rechtsonder in de afbeelding geplaatst, die wordt gebruikt om de belonings- en quarantainemarkeringen op te slaan. Elk van de ziektekubussen en geneesmiddelmarkers met verschillende kleuren wordt in de corresponderende gekleurde petrischaal geplaatst. Alle componenttypen zijn opgesplitst per type, waarbij alle spelcomponenten worden georganiseerd. Er is ruimte voor het opbergen van de kaarten. De borden, regelboeken en het bioterroristische locatieblok moeten afzonderlijk worden bewaard in een van de uitbreidingsdozen. Dit product bestaat uit een plat pakket van 2 Evacore-vellen. De bakjes moeten in elkaar worden gezet, wat snel en leuk is, met gewone PVA-lijm. Gedetailleerde instructies zijn inbegrepen in het pakket.
