Inzet compatibel met de uitbreidingen Champions of Midgard® en The Dark Mountains® en Valhalla®, evenals de vikingmeeples en andere toegevoegde houten tokens. Het ontwerp biedt zowel efficiënte opslag als verbeterde gameplay. De bakken kunnen tijdens het spel worden gebruikt en ze helpen enorm bij het opzetten en opruimen. De regels en borden fungeren als deksel bovenop de bakjes. Het inzetstuk is in twee lagen gerangschikt. Er zijn twee lades voor verticale opslag van de kleine kaarten uit het spel, met ruimte om ze allemaal in te pakken met kwaliteitshoezen. Er is één breder bakje voor de begraafplaatstegels, en dit bakje bevat ook de startspelerfiche en de unieke bedelaarsmarktkraam. Het laatste bakje is voor de langschiptegels. Er zijn drie lades voor grote kaarten, twee hoge en één korte. Deze hebben weer ruimte voor alle kaarten die in de hoes moeten worden gestopt. Er zijn aparte slots voor elk type krijger, en de offerfiches worden erbij bewaard om de toegang gemakkelijk te maken. Zoals hierboven vermeld kunnen alle laden tijdens het spel worden gebruikt om de componenten te ordenen en de toegang voor alle spelers gemakkelijk te maken. Door de trays in het spel te gebruiken, worden de opruimtijden ook veel sneller. De insteek werkt ook prima met de viking meeples en andere toegevoegde houten lopers. De toewijzing van de tokentypen aan de beschikbare slots is iets anders, maar er is voldoende ruimte voor. In dit geval wordt de lade voor de zesde spelersstukken gebruikt voor de paarse stukken. De regels worden bovenop de inlegbakjes geplaatst en fungeren als deksel. Plaats vervolgens het hoofdspelbord in de daarvoor bestemde uitsparing. Daarbovenop komen het groene, uitgebreide marktkraambord en de leiderschapsborden. Vervolgens komen de twee kleinere uitbreidingsborden, ten slotte gevolgd door de drie spelregels.
Dit product bestaat uit een flat-pack van 5 Evacore-platen. De trays moeten in elkaar worden gezet, wat snel en leuk is, met gewone PVA-lijm. Gedetailleerde instructies zijn inbegrepen in het pakket.

The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. The trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays. The insert is arranged in two layers. There are two trays for vertical storage of the small cards from the game, with space for them to all be sleeved with quality sleeves. There is one wider tray for the burial ground tiles, and this tray also stores the start player marker and unique beggar market stall. The last tray is for the longship tiles. There are three trays for large cards, two tall and one short. These again have space for all cards to be sleeved. There are separate slots for each warrior type, and the sacrifice tokens are stored with them to make access easy. As mentioned above all the trays can be used during the game to organise the components and make access by all players easy. Using the trays in-game also makes clear-away times much quicker. The insert also works great with the viking meeples and other add-on wooden tokens. The allocation of the token types to the slots available is a little different, but there is ample space for them. In this case the sixth player pieces tray slot is used for the purple pieces. The rules are placed on top of the insert trays acting as a lid. Next place the main game board in the recess provided. On top of this goes the green expanded market stall board and the leader ability boards. Next go the two smaller expansion boards, followed lastly by the three rule books.
This product consists of a flat-pack of 5 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is quick and fun, using ordinary PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package.
